Eric knows that Taylor is the perfect choice to be his new submissive. All she needs is a little specialized training, which he's only too happy to provide.

This provocative first installment of Taylor and Eric's erotically charged story charts the early days of their relationship, as he begins her BDSM education, and she begins to understand just what it means to belong to her Master."

Warning: This book contains provocatively charged BDSM with a Master and his newly willing submissive. The world he opens up to her will change them both...forever.

AUTHOR BIO

I started writing at a very young age, mostly as an escape from the real world. It is something I have done on and off throughout my life, but never went so far as to actually try and get published.

I started my latest story, My Life As I Knew It, around 3 years ago. I was on a roll with it until I allowed life to get in the way. I am now officially picking up where I left off. It is the first book of a series on which I'm working.

I came up with the premise for this story while undergoing some pretty harsh challenges in my personal life. As mentioned before, I always liked writing as a means of escape. While going through these particularly tough times, I had a moment when I thought about what it would be like to go back in time and do certain things differently...which I'm sure almost everyone has thought about from time to time. I sat in front of my keyboard one morning, thought about what I would do if I had that chance and went from there.

Cover Reveal: Dirty Bad Secrets by Jade West

Title: Dirty Bad Secrets
Author: Jade West
Genre: Erotic

It’s been three years since I set foot in Club Explicit, and three long years since I set eyes on Andy Morgan.
He doesn’t want me here, doesn’t want to know me, doesn’t want to even hear my name.
But I’m back on his doorstep, in his office, in his life… with a suitcase full of dirty bad secrets.

Faye Devere is out to claim her old life back. Three years in Italy have come at a heavy price, and she’s running back to the only anchor she has left: her fifty-fifty share of Club Explicit, and the man she left to pick up her pieces.
But Andy Morgan’s long over it. Long over her.
Club Explicit is his baby now. His club, his rules, his way.
Andy’s not a man who shares easily. And certainly not with the woman who upped and left without so much as a goodbye.

When your battlefield is London’s horniest playground, and sex is the sole weapon left in your arsenal, it’s only a matter of time before the fight gets dirty… and the secrets get dirty bad.

WARNING: As is always the case with Jade West novels, please proceed with caution. The book contains hardcore BDSM and sexual practices that may offend some readers. Please use your own discretion. Most definitely 18+ only.

Jade West is a contemporary erotic author, real life submissive, and former sex chat-line operator, who is plenty used to getting people all steamed up with her dirty mouth. Her debut release, Dirty Bad Wrong, smashed into the Amazon top 100 in February 2015, followed by Dirty Bad Savage in June - an Amazon top 100 bestseller in 4 countries. Dirty Bad Strangers topped the erotica chart, reaching an impressive 13 overall in the US Kindle Store, and the latest tale of debauchery, Dirty Bad Secrets - returning to the heart of Club Explicit - releases November 2015.

About the Author

A.S. Oren
I never really know how I should write these things. Do I go the professional, but boring route and talk about myself in the third person (which feels unnatural), or do I do first person, like a dating site? Sadly, second person doesn't work here, that would be cool.
Something like:
You are looking at the profile of GoodReads author A.S. Oren. You know she is a cat person, and owns three of the little fuzzy things.
I digress. I live in Colorado, born and raised here all my life. Like you read above, I have three cats and want a big dog (perhaps an Alaskan Malamute).
I love writing, it's one of the few things I get joy out of and know I'm good at. I've been doing it off and on since I could draw and think I was writing words with backwards sevens and squiggle lines.
I currently work as a graphic artist and editor.
Feel free to friend me or message. I like getting to know other people who like reading and writing, too.

Architects of Destiny cover (small)
Out of sight beyond Earth, the Taran empire spans the galaxy from its seat of power on Tararia.
Cris Sietinen was born with rare telekinetic gifts—abilities he refuses to ignore, regardless of the governing Priesthood's decrees. But, as heir to the most influential Dynasty on Tararia, only a stifled life of business and politics awaits him within the confines of his family's estate. Determined to be true to himself and explore the potential of his abilities, Cris leaves Tararia to begin a new life touring the stars.
When Cris unexpectedly receives an invitation to join the Tararian Selective Service (TSS), the only organization to offer an official telekinesis training program, a new future awaits. It's his dream opportunity to be among people like himself, free from the Priesthood and political objectives. Except, Cris' path was designed, and he's right where the Priesthood wants him.
Architects of Destiny is the first installment in the Cadicle series, a new space opera epic with elements of "Dune" and "Ender's Game." A fast-paced space adventure with intrigue, coming-of-age and romance, this short prequel is a prelude to the defining events in Tararia’s history in the ensuing years.

Interview Questions:

1. When did you know you wanted to be a writer?
I first started dreaming of being a writer in fourth grade. My teacher gave us a prompt to write the beginning of a novel. I took it and ran with it. I think I got about seven chapters in before I became distracted by other things--in typical kid fashion--but that was definitely what ignited my interest in writing. A few years later, I began the initial sketches of what would eventually evolve into my Cadicle series.

2. What is your favorite book?
That's a tough one... "Dune" by Frank Herbert comes out on top, but "Ender's Game" by Orson Scott Card is a close second. Both were quite influential at a young age.

3. How much of your own life do you put into your stories if any?
I like that you asked this, because it's an interesting question in the context of science fiction. Being a largely different universe than day-to-day reality, there are some striking differences from my own life. But, I will say this--my early drafts of the book were pretty terrible when it came to characterizing a new love relationship. It took falling in true love and going through that experience myself before I was able to really do what I had envisioned with the story.

4. What is your dream location to live and which of your characters or characters from you favorite books would you take with you?
If we're talking fantasy here, I'd absolutely go live on Tararia with my characters :-). I'd take my whole cast with me... minus the Priesthood. But, I'd especially want to take Cris. As for here on Earth... I think I could settle into alternating between a beach in Bora Bora and some classic European city, like Vienna.

5. Who are the authors that have inspired you?
Frank Herbert, Orson Scott Card, and Robert Jordan are probably the biggest influences. But, I like to take a little something from everything I read. I will always admire the imagination of those that helped define the genre in the Golden Age, like Robert Heinlein and Isaac Asimov. Such visionaries!

6. What has been the best part of your self publishing journey?
Aside from the "Yay, I did it!!!" reaction :-), it is so gratifying to have readers say they genuinely loved my book. But really, I'm just excited to finally be sharing my story universe with the world.

7. Do you know how your stories will end or does it come to you as you go?
I have the entire Cadicle series mapped out at this point, though it took many years to get there. It started out as a two-part novel, then became two books, then a trilogy... But, I took a step back and realized the core series would be best as seven books covering three generations of characters. Those volumes are now all outlined and just need to be written. However, there's much more to the universe than will be contained in those volumes. So, if you fall in love with the story universe, rest assured that there are plenty of spin-offs in the wings. But, also rest assured that I do have the core story arch mapped out and I know what's going to happen to everyone.

8. From your own list of characters do you have a favorite?
Wil, who's introduced in Volume 2, is my favorite, but I adore each character in their own way. Wil stands out as my favorite because he's the most complex--he needs to balance the fate and responsibilities he's dealt with finding his own identity. It's an interesting position to explore as a writer (and psychology major :-)).

9. What other books do you have in the works? Can you give us a short description?
I intend to finish the core books in the Cadicle series before I tackle any other novel-length projects. But, after that, I'd like to work on a standalone sci-fi space thriller.
