Hell's Kitchen (Hell's Kitchen #1) by Callie Hart & Lili St. Germain

Hell's Kitchen (Hell's Kitchen, #1)Hell's Kitchen by Callie Hart

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Barbieri brothers Theo and Sal are asked by their Mafioso father Roberto to kidnap Kaitlin McLaughlin. The beautiful girl is the daughter of the Barbieri Family’s Irish enemy. The sins of the father will be revisited on the child that is how their world works. So they set out to do their father’s bidding easy enough until it’s not. Sal and Theo lose the girl and her female bodyguard and now they must separate and run all over town seeking their captive knowing if they fail, their lives are on the line. Their ruthless father would not hesitate to have their heads, sons or not.

Zeth Mayfair changed his life for the love of a woman. No longer living as a hit man, he chose a quiet life with his love. Roberto Barbieri makes him an offer he assumes he won’t refuse, but Zeth doesn’t like to be told what to do. Will he take the mob boss up on his offer or will he remove the threat to his peaceful existence.

Jason Ross is in hiding with his girlfriend from the Gypsy Brother’s MC. He thought if when they killed his father Dornan Ross they would be free to live a peaceful life. They were wrong the MC is coming for them so they hightail it out of Colorado and arrive in New York City can they stay hidden or will the drug cartel put an end to their running.

In this first book of a Hart & St. Germain collaboration, we meet a plethora of fascinating characters. All of these worlds collide unexpectedly to create a fast paced, action packed story of violence and revenge, family loyalty and betrayal. Hart & Saint Germain bring along characters from their most popular series’ and mash them into one crazy story. Every one of the characters created and brought in from other books had me on the edge of my seat. I loved it. It was pure genius to put these two authors together in one book their writing styles complimenting each other perfectly.

This serial is comprised of three volumes, all told in alternating POV’s which I absolutely adore. I can’t wait for Tribeca and Bleecker Street, itching to find out where the authors will take all of these exciting characters. Big cliffhanger at the end, if you don’t like them wait for the whole series to come out so you can read all at once. I don’t mind a cliffhanger. If you are a fan of either or both of these women, you will adore this installment of a promising series.
