Well lets see, I could tell ya a grand story full of A-list celebrities but lets face it, that only happens in books. I'm married and have two kiddos a son who is a avid baseball player and a daughter who is very passionate about horses. I was born and raised in a small country town in Deep East Texas. Not playing the POP is like 300 people!! I love writing/reading and taking pictures. All 3 have been long time hobbies of mine.

1. When did you know you wanted to be a writer?
There was never really a point in time where I thought about being one. Growing up I always wanted to do something with computers or be a lawyer. But when my granny passed away something came over me and I sat down and wrote Ella’s Love in a week and half. And I didn’t really think I would write anything after that. But I found I enjoyed it and so I continued to write other books.

3. How much of your own life do you put into your stories if any?
Ella’s Love IS my life. I just made it a bit more swoon worthy. And my other books I’ve put in bits and pieces that have actually happened to me.

4. What is your dream location to live and which fantasy book boyfriend would you take with you?
Somewhere in a log cabin on a small lake and as for the boyfriend...one who isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty.

5. Who are the authors that have inspired you?
None really...I get my inspiration from other people. Especially people with handicaps that still push forward to follow their dreams no matter what or what it may cost them in the end. That is true inspiration to me. Anytime I feel like giving up because of my own handicap I just remember all those kids I see and read about and how they’re following through on their goals in life. And that gets me out of my funk and back to pushing forward some more.

Getting to work with local people when they model for my stories. It’s really cool when I get to sit there and watch them re-enact a scene from my books and it’s just fun realizing my story has come to life even for a short few hours.

Welcome to Brokenville - It’s a mix between Nightmare Before Christmas and Alice In Wonderland. It has all kinds of fun things in it. And the cover shoot is going to be so much fun. I’m working with teenagers. I mean what teen doesnt like dressing up and fake fighting and have fake blood thrown on them.
I wish… - It’s about a woman who makes a wish and for some reason it comes true. When she awakes she finds herself in a different life from her other one. And as she tries to figure things out she see’s the people from her other life and how happy they are without her. Making it hard for her to decide if she’d rather stay with this new life or wish for her old one back.
